    It seems like 2021 is going to be all about healthy eating and fitness, and the first cue came from Malaika Arora, who is known for her fitness regime and healthy eating practices. In 2020, she turned vegetarian and now she is all set for 2021 to be healthier and more fit. Malaika Arora took to Instagram to share a simple yet effective weight loss drink, which she starts her day with. Have a look at her Instagram story:

    “Garam Pani and Nimbu for the win…” wrote Malaika Arora sharing a photo of the home remedy on Instagram story. The Instagram story shows a slice of lemon placed alongside a mug of warm water which she supposedly consumes as the first thing in the morning.

    According to Tanya S kapoor, Wellness by Tanya, the combo is decades old and even Ayurveda calls it a magical combination that works wonders for weight loss.

    As per Ayurveda, drinking a glass of lukewarm water with a few drops of lemon juice in it is considered to be one of the most effective remedies to boost metabolism and promote weight loss. The combination helps remove the toxins, and is also helpful in improving the functioning of the digestive system and controls issues like bloating and heartburn.
